We offer different Krav Maga self-defense classes. Below you will find the Krav Maga class schedule & prices, as well as details of each class. Whether you are new to Krav Maga, a seasoned practitioner or a woman, a teens or a kid, a company team or a security and law enforcement professionals, we have a class for you!

BASICS CLASS
Open for Trial Class & Beginners
Basics class consist of an introduction to Krav Maga and its principals.
Class starts with a professional warm up and basic techniques follow by combat drills where students can apply techniques learnt.
Focus:
Krav Maga basics & Principals.
Basics Class are conduct every Tuesday and Thursday, and 5 basics class are mandatory for beginners before joining more advanced class.
Open to new students, beginners & trial class
WOMEN CLASS
Open to Women Only - all levels
KRAViT – Women Only Krav Maga class consist of a professional warm up, Krav Maga advanced techniques follow by combat drills which provide students a reality check on real and potential treats and practice of techniques learnt.
Focus:
Women common attacks and treats.
Open to Women only!

KRAV FIT
Open to all Levels
The Best Fitness Ever!
Get a Fighter body.
Krav Fit class focus on strength training, dynamic flexibility, body conditioning, cardio, explosiveness and speed.
You will learn fighter conditioning workout, heavy bag punches & kicks workout.
If your goals is to get fit, strong and loose weight, this is a class for you.
Open to all levels
ALL LEVELS CLASS
Open to Anyone from 15yrs. old
All Levels class start with a professional warm up, Krav Maga techniques focusing on:
- Prevention
- Recognition of threats and tactical retreat
- Attacks and counter-attacks against all physical targets from all nearby distances and in all directions
- Use of items and tools for defense purposes
- Self-defense against peers
- Self-defense against “stronger”
- Defenses against threat and attack situations with weapons
- Defenses against one or several attackers at the same time.
Follow by combat drills where students can apply techniques learnt..
Open to anyone from 15 years old up.

KIDS KRAV MAGA CLASS
Open to Kids (9-14 years old)
Kids class is fun!
We start with a professional warm up and games
For kids we focus on 3 things:
- Self-defense
- Fitness
- Confidence
A strong mind is agile, aware, and confident.
We trains young minds to think and react with an emphasis on situational awareness and creative problem-solving.
Your child will get plenty of exercise, but it will be exercise with a purpose.

PROTECT YOURSELF
KRAV MAGA ADVANCED
Open to R1 Levels UP
This class consist of a professional warm up, Krav Maga advanced techniques follow by combat drills, fighters conditioning, combat sparring.
Students will be tested with real treat, a reality check on real and potential treats and application of techniques learnt thru stress drills and multiple attacker drills.
Focus
Advanced combat skills & defense against weapons.
Open to R1 to R5 & others advanced levels.
KRAV COMBAT
Open to all Levels
This class focus on improving Krav Maga Combative & Fighting skills.
Students favorites class!
Gear-up and fight!
Learn combative skills from Krav maga, English boxing and wrestling.
Combat sparring and ground fighting.
